TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING TOURING GROUP SRL SOCIETY THAT ADMINISTRATES PARCO DEGLI AROMI RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PACKAGES (accommodation, Spa and dinner) AND ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES BOOKED:
For reservations referring exclusively to packages (overnight stay, Spa and restaurant), the cancellation deadline is 5 (FIVE) days from the day of arrival for the months of January, February, March, April, May, June, October, November and December from 1/12 to 24/12.
For reservations referring exclusively to packages (overnight stay, Spa and restaurant), the cancellation deadline is 7 (SEVEN) days from the day of arrival for the months of July, August, September, Easter week (starting from Monday before Easter until Thursday after Easter) and New Year's Eve. Once the days indicated are exceeded, the full amount (100%) of the reservation will be charged.

The security of your data is a very important commitment for us.
The TOURINGROUP does not collect any amount in advance with the exception of the rooms sold in the "Prepaid Non-refundable" offer or except the reservations with deposit agreed in advance with the customer. The cancellation and No Show terms below are valid only for bookings made directly with our accommodation facilities.
For any booking made through the various Booking online booking portals (external to our sites) or through Intermediaries, the conditions may be different, even more restrictive, on which we cannot intervene.
Cancellation Policy: It is possible to cancel the rooms booked up to 7 (seven) days before the arrival date included without any penalty for the months of July, August, September, Easter week (starting from Monday before Easter until Thursday after Easter) and New Year. For all the other months of the year it is possible to cancel the reserved rooms, without any penalty up to 3 (three) days before the arrival date included. For cancellations beyond the aforementioned term, the credit card given as guarantee will be charged the amount of 100% of the entire sum of the stay previously agreed for each room cancelled.The deposit or payment of the total advance amount agreed with the customer at the time of booking will not be returned in case of cancellation, regardless of the times indicated in the cancellation policy.

No Show: (when the customer does not cancel and does not show up in our facilities): In the event of a No Show, the amount of 100% of the previously agreed sum will be charged.
Early departure: If a customer leaves our accommodation before the assigned departure date, the management reserves the right to invoice the customer for the full amount, including VAT, of all nights until the departure date, unless the customer has our facilities informed of the early departure 7 (seven) days before arrival. Pre-authorization: TOURINGROUP reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card, prior to the arrival of the customer, requesting a pre-authorization from the circuit to which it belongs. With the pre-authorization The TOURINGROUP guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, to make sure that the credit card is valid. No amount is collected. The pre-authorization expires automatically after 30 days from the request, after that date the amount will be released. In the event of a negative pre-authorization, the customer will be notified by email or by telephone that the reservation will be canceled. In this case, our facilities will have no obligation towards the customer.
Protection: If, due to our error or due to an unexpected cause, we are unable to comply with the terms of a confirmed and guaranteed reservation, it will be our obligation to provide the customer with accommodation. alternative that meets the same quality or higher than the same price previously agreed. Failure by the customer to accept the alternative accommodation offered to him releases the TOURINGROUP from any obligation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE EVENT OF RESERVATION MADE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND DESCRIBED IN AUTOMATIC, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION ABOVE.
